Coated vs. uncoated: which should I choose?

Coated paper has a smooth finish that keeps ink on the surface, so colors look vivid and sharp. Uncoated paper is easier to write on and has a natural, matte feel.

What do weights like 70lb text or 100lb cover mean?

Text and cover weights use different scales, so the numbers do not compare directly. Text weight suits flyers, brochures and everyday printing. Cover weight is thicker and sturdier for cards, postcards and covers.
